Joyside – Bitches Of Rock ‘n’ Roll

Charismatic frontman 边远 (Bian Yuan) cites Jim Morrison as his hero. The music may not sound like it, but he certainly has the swagger. Enough so that Joyside has since appeared in not one but two DVD documentaries.

The band has been around for a bit (meaning since 2001) and could now be considered latter day pioneers. Although the band is often referred to as punk, it’s really just old-fashioned rock ‘n’ roll.
